Food & Drinks: $14 margaritas (not worth the money), a really good seafood appetizer with calamari and shrimp in a coconut curry (name to come),  and good mini chimichangas & guacamole.

Ambiance: I went on a Friday night and it was packed, so they brought our party of five to a separate grill next door. When I say separate, I mean the waiters had to walk the food out with a cover from the main Caliente Cab to the tiny grill next door, which was slightly larger than a dorm room. The waiter was nice & attentive. 

Overall: It was good, but I wasn’t blown away. I would go back for that seafood appetizer, though!  $$$
